Importing fee and International shipping fee

King Kustoms Apparel LLC will charge additional taxes, duties, additional shipping charges, and imports that may be required or requested by the customs to make the order delivered. We have no say or control over the additional charges asked by the customs.

Sales

Sales may stop and start at any time. Prices will stay the same if the products are ordered before the prices are reduced in the sale. The orders placed before the sale period would not cancel as well.

There will be no refunds or returns of any sale item.

To utilize the sale prices, you have to make an order from the Sale page.

The sale will offer you low pricing; however, we will make no adjustments regarding the prices of the orders that have been placed before, after, and during the sale period. This assists in reducing staffing costs that will normally happen with slow shipping time and higher prices.

Any order with some coupon or promotion code of Free Shipping will be shipped with our choice of shipping service, No Exceptions.

Claims of dirty, damaged, and missing items

King Kustoms Apparel LLC will ask for a picture of the packing slip, order box, and item received if the product is dirty, damaged, or missing in an email. Without any Exceptions.

Before putting and printing a shipping label, we weigh every product individually to know the original weight before shipping. If we complain of missing orders, we will check our records and match notes for accuracy and compare the product’s weight we sent. Only then can we tell if an order is missing or not. We will still require the images of the packing slip, delivery box, and material in an email. No exceptions.

After that, the shipping service will provide the information to determine if the package has been misplaced or if another problem, like a fraud or felony, has occurred. We will refund the order and then remake the item and resend it once all the factors of the investigations and claims are completed.

If we do not receive images of the slip or material delivered within seventy-two hours, we will not honor or consider such claims.

 

All the product shipped by us is packed and leaves the facility clean and neat. If your ordered item came out dirty or has some kind of insects, we will claim to the shipping service. After that, the shipping carrier will inspect the package and investigate the matter.

If the order gets missing, the customer must contact the shipping service to look for the GPS location where the orders have been delivered.
