Terms and Conditions
The customer must understand and agree to all the conditions mentioned before completing any purchases with King Kustoms Apparel LLC.
Shipment
The shipment of orders by King Kustoms Apparel LLC will be made within the 1 to 3 business days of an order being placed. But the shipment of orders with high volumes may take longer than three days. The times of shipment are only an estimate. The shipment will take 3 to 5 days for three or more colors or any full colors because it takes time for the processing of the color print.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
The colors you will see in the pictures on a screen may be different in reality. So there will be no exchange or refund policy if the colors don’t come out as expected. Furthermore, there will not be any free shipping or discount codes where the colors are concerned. There will be no refunds, no exchange, and no returns unless the company ship a wrong item that you did not order or if there is a flaw in the product, design, or accessory.
In case of a faulty item or wrong order, King Kustoms Apparel LLC has to be notified or contacted within the seventy-two hours when the order has been delivered to you by the shipping services or carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) that a faulty or wrong order has been delivered or an item that is visibly flawed, damaged or missing. A photo of the order and the contents received will be taken along with the bag or box in which the order was delivered must be sent for the claims. After seventy-two hours, no claims of damaged, faulty, or wrong order will be accepted, so there won’t be any exchange or refunds.
The defective product must be sent back to King Kustoms Apparel LLC to be analyzed, and then the issue of exchange or refund, or replacement of the order will be done if the inspection of the order shows visible flaws. The wrong, missing, or defective replacement of the wrong items will be shipped back to King Kustoms Apparel LLC via USPS at the lowest rates.
King Kustoms Apparel LLC will not upgrade the wrong, missing, or defective item overnight. All the custom printed accessories or garments will be refunded or returned only if the conditions mentioned above are fulfilled. If King Kustoms Apparel LLC authorizes a return of an order, we will issue a return mailing label if the mailing label makes no move within the next seven days of being issued. It is understood that the authorized return of the product is canceled and the item will be reviewed as the original product that has been correctly delivered. The case will be closed without additional compensation.
Order Placement
King Kustoms Apparel LLC does not permit the add-ons on the orders. We may ship several orders on the same day during business hours together if they are to be delivered to the same place. If you want to cancel the order because when the order has been paid and placed but not yet delivered, you will be charged about 10% of the restocking fee even if you just placed the order.
If the order has been placed, pressed, and even shipped, the customer will have to pay 10% of the restocking fee and also t\he shipping cost once the order is returned. It helps pay our staff that picked, packed, and delivered your order. It also helps to keep the prices of our items moderate for everyone.
King Kustoms Apparel LLC will not be considered responsible if the customer makes an error while choosing an item or design interface. Once the design of order placement is selected, completed, and purchased, King Kustoms Apparel LLC will complete the order or orders according to the forms.
